
Learn the practice of yoga in a supportive environment. Classes include breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection. Practice takes place on a mat. Variations offered for most poses. Props are incorporated into the class and provided to all participants.

Are you inspired to access the benefits of yoga from the comfort of your own chair? In this class, traditional asanas (or yoga poses) are cued to participants who are seated in a sturdy chair. Great for those concerned about balance or who may not feel comfortable with standing poses on a mat.
Through imaginative stories and playful poses, participants will explore movement and breath while practicing social-emotional skills and self-regulation. More information available here.
