Lumen learning's creative commons licensed textbook on management has many chapters that might hit on topics you listed. Because it is completely open, you can pick and choose the material you want to use.

CC-BY textbook that has some chapters that will assist in the course modules, although, it does not sound business-mindset, take a look.

Find a variety of open business books on topics like financial accounting, marketing, statistics, laws, ethics, human resources, project management, etc. It is all CC-BY so you can mix and match information found.

I am not familiar with this website and would have to investigate the licensing terms, but each book is a free download for students.
