IRSC Libraries provides space and equipment for IRSC students to take Honorlock proctored tests in campus libraries. IRSC Libraries personnel do not have access to Honorlock settings for troubleshooting. If you have problems while testing, please contact Honorlock's technical support team 24/7 by chat at https://honorlock.com/support or just click on the Live Honorlock Chat button in the bottom right corner of the screen during the testing process for immediate help from Honorlock. The Brackett Library has four study rooms with PCs. Library staff can provide webcams. Students can request a study room and webcam for Honorlock testing at the second-floor reference desk. Students are encouraged to call ahead at 772-400-6380 to make a reservation. Reservations can be made up to one business day in advance (e.g., on Friday for Monday).
The Miley Library has one study room dedicated to Honorlock testing needs. The Honorlock study room is available to reserve twenty-four hours in advance, reserve it here. The Honorlock study room comes equipped with a computer capable of taking an Honorlock exam. Students can also reserve a regular study room and bring their own laptop or borrow a Chromebook at the front desk of the library to take an Honolrock exam.
Students can reserve a study room 7 days in advance here. The study rooms do not have a computer in them. Students can bring their own laptop or can check out an in-house laptop with a library card.
The Dixon Hendry Campus Tutoring Center in B130 offers semi-private space in its computer lab for individuals taking Honorlock tests. The Miley Library has six study rooms equipped with a whiteboard available for reservations online if done twenty-four hours in advance here. Students can use any non-reserved study rooms on a first come, first serve basis on the day of use.
Study rooms are small enclosed spaces that provide patrons with a dedicated workspace. Offering privacy, access to power, and WIFI makes it easy for patrons to bring their own technology or check out an in-house use laptop for their computing and video conferencing needs.
