Self-awareness is a foundational variable for leadership success. You will learn the impact of self-awareness and self-view within the work environment and strategies to enhance your self-awareness for positive team outcomes.
Empowered Leadership
Learn how to define empowered leadership and the five associated traits. This workshop will combine knowledge from the previous two sessions to allow you to return to your organizations with a leadership foundation to enhance your professional and organizational growth. We will leverage group activities to enhance the learning environment.
